How to Evaluate Frontier AI and Prove Its ROI in Production — Frontier models keep improving, but a strong benchmark score doesn't show whether a model will hold up in your production environment, or whether it's worth the token spend. For many engineering leaders planning for 2027, the work has moved from just picking a model to evaluating it on real conditions and measuring its full cost and impact to ROI.

Always on agents for daily engineering tasks in production — Justin Smith, Founding Engineer at Resolve AI, on agents that react to events instead of waiting for a human, where teams point them first, and why the hard part is knowing what to do rather than doing it.
Coding agents can finally work with prod — Shipping code fast with coding agents only pays off if the change is grounded in what happens next: the alerts, the deploys, the slow leak nobody notices until it becomes an incident. ResolveAI surfaces that missing production context to help with alert investigations, incidents, and prevent issues by writing better code grounded in prod. When you need it, you @resolve right inside your Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex CLI, and it works with your coding agent to bring that context into view without losing your place.
Behind the Build: How to Run Prod with Background Agents — On-call agents triage your alerts and incident agents handle the big, visible failures. But what about everything else that keeps production healthy? Watching deploys go out, chasing down why P99 drift came back, running recurring health checks, writing the incident digest nobody has time for. In this Behind the Build session, Resolve's Justin Smith goes deep on background agents: autonomous agents that run continuously in the cloud, take on the operational toil that never makes the sprint board, and pull you in only when a decision is needed, including a live look at a background agent monitoring a production deployment.

For Financial Services companies, managing spend, cost, and ROI is the basis of their business. This fireside chat will focus on stories, lessons, and learnings for optimizing cost, reducing complexity, and accelerating velocity using AI. Learn about examples from major players across the spectrum of Financial Services, from modern cryptocurrency exchanges like Coinbase to institutions like Affirm, MSCI, and SoFi.
Build or Buy: Agents that run and fix your production software — This 45-minute on-demand session breaks down the build-vs-buy decision for AI agents that operate production — featuring Resolve's Dave Lawson and Ed Li. What looks easy with a single agent, what breaks at team and org scale, and what a real AI-for-prod stack actually requires.

Why internal agent projects stall after the first good demo — Dhruv Mahajan, Chief AI Scientist at Resolve AI, on why early results are misleading, what a team runs out of when it tries to improve an agent, and why building evals is a machine learning problem.
Leading the cost and accuracy curve for production investigation — Dhruv Mahajan, Chief AI Scientist at Resolve AI, on why the whole curve matters rather than any point on it, how you tell a real improvement from a trade, and why the thing being measured is a system rather than a model.
How the agent learns and improves over time — Noah Schlager, Member of Technical Staff at Resolve AI, on the manual work memory automates, how the agent knows an environment before the first alert fires, and why generating knowledge is easy but useful knowledge is hard.
Why root cause lives between your tools and systems, not inside any one of them — Swarit Joshipura, Member of Technical Staff at Resolve AI, on the middle-of-the-night page for a service ten hops upstream, why Resolve AI queries data live instead of ingesting it, and what makes observability integrations so hard to build.
What it takes to let an agent take action in production — Claire Yin, Member of Technical Staff at Resolve AI, on what it takes to let an agent take real action in production, where evals end and guardrails begin, and why there’s no trade-off between safety and efficiency.
Token efficiency in AI agents: charging for the work, not the tokens — Varun Krovvidi, Product Marketing at Resolve AI, on why token counts became the industry's scoreboard, what a well-run investigation reads and skips, and why Resolve AI bills for completed work instead of consumption.
How do you evaluate an AI agent that investigates production systems? — An eval gives an agent a task with a known correct outcome, runs it several times, and grades the result — turning “the feel of the model” into an objective metric. What agent evals are, who grades them, how to build a suite, and why production troubleshooting is the hardest thing to evaluate.

The AI ROI Worksheet: A Model to Measure Software Delivery and Production Operations — Most engineering leaders do not need a perfect financial model on the first attempt. What they need is a model credible enough to support a real conversation with finance, procurement, and executive leadership. This worksheet makes that process straightforward.
